XMSTART is hiring a full-time, fully onsite Information Technology Manager in Chantilly, Virginia, to administer and maintain the Systems Engineering Directorate’s enterprise web presence. The role manages web content, user roles and privileges, websites, tools, databases, reporting, versioning requirements, operating manuals, and compliance with customer web policies. Applicants must hold an active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph, an associate degree, and 5–10+ years of relevant experience, with SharePoint and Java/HTML experience required; a bachelor’s degree and strong communication, organization, critical-thinking, and independent-work skills are preferred.
