Description
The Information Technology Manager will oversee the administration and support of PSI’s Epicor Kenetic ERP system, including configuration, user setup, reporting, troubleshooting, upgrades, integrations, and manufacturing shop-floor support. The role also provides local desktop, hardware, and basic network support, collaborates with Corporate IT, maintains documentation and training materials, manages help-desk tickets, and provides after-hours support when needed. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, plus at least five years of ERP administration and support experience focused on Epicor.
