Marathon Petroleum Company LP is hiring an Information Technology Manager to lead the Midstream IT Terminals Product Line within its Midstream Digital organization. The role owns digital product strategy and lifecycle management across logistics and storage, natural gas, natural gas liquids, and refining operations; leads cross-functional teams; manages IT projects, budgets, vendors, cybersecurity, reliability, compliance, change adoption, and continuous improvement; and develops technology talent. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years of diversified IT experience, and at least 3 years of direct or indirect leadership experience, with terminal automation and operational technology experience preferred.
