HelloKindred is staffing an Information Technology Operations - Infrastructure Technical Support Practitioner for a client in the global professional services industry. The role provides L1 and L2 technical support and maintenance for production and development systems, software, hardware, configured services, desktops, operating systems, mobile devices, and basic infrastructure. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, hardware and software support, laptop imaging, iOS and Android device support, printer support, and customer service. The position is onsite five days per week in the office, with an anticipated contract end date of January 31, 2027, and requires candidates to be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is based without employer sponsorship.
