Description
The Business Analyst will identify and execute process-improvement opportunities across clinical and operational functions, document current processes, analyze data, develop reports and monitoring systems, lead multidisciplinary teams, and implement approved changes. The role requires at least five years of business analysis experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, Lean Six Sigma certification, and experience with system enhancements, reporting, workshops, and team leadership.
