Traction Complete is hiring an Information Technology Project Manager, internally titled Agile Delivery Manager, to support SaaS product development through Scrum and Agile delivery governance. The role optimizes the software development life cycle, aligns release roadmaps with sprint backlogs, facilitates ceremonies, removes technical blockers, analyzes delivery metrics, coaches teams on Agile and Jira practices, and uses generative AI to improve documentation and dashboards. It is an individual-contributor functional delivery specialist role requiring a bachelor’s or master’s degree, active Scrum and Agile certifications, and at least three years of software delivery, SDLC process engineering, backlog alignment, or Scrum Master/Agile Delivery experience.
