Description
California State University, San Bernardino is hiring a part-time, temporary Federal Work Study Student Assistant for Information Technology Services on the San Bernardino campus. Under professional ITS supervision, the student provides front-desk and phone support at the Technology Support Center, assists with Coyote OneCard services, password resets, Wi-Fi and computer troubleshooting, routes campus calls and handles emergency call procedures, and may support smart classroom audio/visual services. The role also assists Enterprise and Cloud Services and Telecommunications with server-room operations, hardware inventory and installation, cable management, wireless access points, backup battery systems, structured cabling, documentation, and other campus technology projects. The position is on-site and available during the academic year and summer, with an anticipated wage of $16.90 per hour.
