Description
The Senior Information Technology Systems Analyst will plan, design, and implement IT systems for customer organizations, develop compliant cyber, IT, and knowledge-management systems, coordinate with external agencies, lead multi-disciplinary teams, advise senior leadership on policy and procurement impacts, oversee IT acquisitions, and provide technical and lifecycle cost analyses. The role requires U.S. citizenship, a required security clearance, current certifications, and at least one year of specialized IT experience equivalent to GS-11, along with knowledge of IT assessment, project management, requirements analysis, program governance, and stakeholder management.
