Description

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, management information systems, or a closely related field; alternatively, an associate's degree with a related major and six years of IT experience, including four years in client computing or communications infrastructure.
Required Previous Experiences: Four years of experience maintaining and administering client computing or communications hardware and software infrastructure.
Six years of information technology experience, including four years maintaining and administering client computing or communications infrastructure.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, O365, SharePoint, Teams, Azure, or Intune/MECM.
At least two years of experience or academic study managing VPNs or other remote-work solutions.
Experience providing customer support.
