HCRC is hiring an Information Technology Systems Manager to lead secure, compliant IT operations and infrastructure. The role oversees CMMC compliance, NIST, ISO 27001, and other security frameworks; manages network, system, and infrastructure performance; develops security policies; oversees threat monitoring, incident response, and workforce security training; and leads IT support teams. The position requires proven enterprise IT leadership, CMMC and cybersecurity expertise, and IAT Level III certification, with opportunities for professional development in CMMC, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
