Description
Aritzia is hiring a Technical Program Manager, Cybersecurity, to manage the delivery of cybersecurity initiatives, roadmaps, risk-reduction programs, regulatory commitments, and security capabilities. The role owns timelines and cross-functional dependencies, partners with technology leads, manages vendor programs and incident-response exercises, and uses security tools, SQL, APIs, and automation to validate mitigations and generate risk metrics. The position requires expertise in Agile/Kanban, SecSDLC, cloud security, IAM, cryptography, DevOps, and modern work-management systems, with certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP as an asset. Compensation is $100,000–$300,000 per year, with potential bonus and equity.
