The role involves troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues, maintaining backups and malware protection, documenting fixes, assisting with audits and policy updates, and providing user support and technical guidance. A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience, plus 2 years of IT and systems administration experience in a LAN/WAN environment are required.
