Description
PubMatic is hiring an Infra Monitoring Engineer to support its Network Operations Center by monitoring infrastructure, applications, and network systems; handling P1/P2 alerts and incidents; providing Tier-1 production support; collaborating with Engineering, AdOps, and DevOps teams; and using AI tools to improve incident detection, root cause analysis, log analysis, and operational productivity. The role requires 1–3 years of NOC or production support experience, basic Linux and networking knowledge, familiarity with monitoring and incident-management tools, and willingness to work 24/7 rotational shifts under a hybrid schedule.
