Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Experience overseeing infrastructure operations across the European and African region.
Ability to account for team performance, service delivery, and continuous improvement, aligned with global IT standards.
Experience contributing to the management of Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Outlook).
Experience in identity and access governance using Active Directory and Entra ID.
Experience in endpoint services.
Experience driving operational coordination and ticket governance in ServiceNow.
Ability to serve as a liaison between regional teams, global IT leadership, and external service providers.
Experience building and maintaining a collaborative environment among infrastructure teams, service desks, and global IT functions to ensure service stability, process improvement, and enhanced end-user experience.
