Description
The client is hiring an Infrastructure & Cloud Systems Engineer to own the reliability, performance, security, and automation of a hybrid infrastructure spanning on-premises HPE data centers, VMware environments, enterprise storage and networking, and Microsoft Azure. The role includes infrastructure as code, CI/CD, disaster recovery, observability, security controls, backup and recovery, and on-call operations, with a stated rate of $70-$75 per hour. Candidates need 8+ years of enterprise infrastructure, systems administration, or cloud engineering experience, along with deep VMware and Azure expertise and hands-on experience with HPE platforms, storage, networking, automation, and scripting.
