Description
IT infrastructure and network support role responsible for administering, monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving network and cloud-based services across on-prem and Azure environments. The position bridges infrastructure and network teams, handles incidents and major incidents through ServiceNow, participates in disaster recovery and security testing, and works on design improvements for network reliability, efficiency, and performance. It requires extensive experience with networking, Azure infrastructure, Active Directory, security tools and practices, and documentation/process development.
