Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is hiring an Infrastructure, Energy, Resources and Projects Associate in London to support transactional and project-related work across infrastructure and energy transition matters, including M&A, structured transactions, equity financings, and project development. The role requires infrastructure, energy, resources and projects experience, ideally 2–4 PQE or equivalent, a strong academic background with a minimum 2.1 degree, excellent drafting and written communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues. The position offers a 35-hour week with an initial hybrid arrangement of up to 40% remote work and 60% office work.
