Avenga is hiring a Senior Data Center Engineer to administer, maintain, troubleshoot, modernize, and support enterprise data center infrastructure and critical business services. The role covers VMware vSphere, Dell servers and storage, backup and recovery, Windows Server, monitoring, security hardening, automation, disaster recovery, and infrastructure modernization. It is based in Warsaw (Duchnice) or Gdańsk, Poland, with a hybrid model requiring two days per week in the office and three days remotely, plus occasional travel between the two locations.
