Flint is hiring a 0-to-1 Infrastructure Engineer to own the systems that run many parallel background agents, including cloud architecture, CI/CD, deployments, observability, incident response, and security. The role requires scaling a scrappy setup into production-grade infrastructure while improving latency, cost, reliability, and developer experience. Candidates should have experience scaling products, strong cloud, container, and infrastructure-as-code skills, and the ability to improve infrastructure without a runbook. The position is based at Flint’s historic Jackson Square office and offers 20 PTO days, full health benefits, competitive salary, and equity.
