Description
LlamaIndex is hiring an Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and scale foundational cloud infrastructure for its AI product and engineering teams. The role covers SaaS, single-tenant, and private deployments; Kubernetes and cloud resource optimization; release and deployment processes; security and compliance; and production LLM workloads including model APIs, inference, evaluation, observability, and agentic workflows. The position requires 8+ years of engineering experience, platform or infrastructure experience, and hands-on knowledge of modern LLM tooling, with a hybrid work arrangement based in San Francisco.
