OpenAI is hiring an Infrastructure Engineer for its Statsig team to build and scale the foundational systems behind experimentation, feature management, dynamic configuration, rollout, and analytics infrastructure. The role focuses on low-latency configuration delivery, SDK and server-side evaluation, control-plane systems, high-throughput data ingestion, analytics foundations, performance, reliability, observability, incident response, and capacity planning. The position is based in Bellevue, Washington, with in-person work three days per week and relocation assistance.
