Description
Opus 2 is hiring a developing-to-mid-level Infrastructure/Platform Engineer to deliver infrastructure, internal tooling, CI/CD pipelines, observability, security and cost improvements for a distributed, multi-tenant SaaS platform. The role is based in central Edinburgh and works closely with development squads to enable self-service through automation and guardrails. Core technologies include AWS, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Terraform, Helm, Docker, Grafana Cloud, Python, Go, Bash and related platform tools. The position emphasizes production infrastructure experience, generalist platform breadth, ownership, clear communication, mentoring junior engineers, and effective use of AI tools across the software development lifecycle.
