Description
The Infrastructure Engineer will administer technology and communications infrastructure for assigned clinics, supervise IT equipment, hardware and software inventories, internet services, updates, and information security, and provide technical support. The role also involves identifying and mitigating facility risks, maintaining technology assets, reporting incidents, and promoting continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least two years of technical support experience, network installation and configuration knowledge, experience with preventive and corrective maintenance of computers and printers, and software installation and update experience.
