The role covers servers, storage, virtualization, Microsoft enterprise platforms, networking, cybersecurity, backup and disaster recovery, project delivery, incident resolution, documentation, vendor engagement, and operational governance. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, 3–5+ years of IT infrastructure or technical support experience, and certifications such as Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, or Fortinet.
