Description
The IT Infrastructure Specialist will own day-to-day IT infrastructure and service delivery across Poland and Hungary, supporting approximately 200 users in a Microsoft Azure and two data centre environment. The role coordinates external IT service providers, manages outsourced contracts and SLAs, oversees cloud, networking, end-user computing, incidents, changes, and ITIL processes, and supports security, compliance, risk management, procurement, and service quality. It is a hybrid position based in Wilanow, Warsaw, requiring fluent Polish and English, and offers autonomy, long-term development, and a collaborative team.
