PNC is hiring an Infrastructure Configuration Consultant for its newly formed Digital Employee Experience team. The role focuses on automation, proactive incident reduction, and end-user technology support using the 1E Platform, SQL, PowerShell, Microsoft Configuration Manager, Intune, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and related infrastructure tools. Candidates should have end-user technology experience at scale, with desktop engineering, IT support, automation, or application development experience preferred. The position is in-office in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Birmingham, Phoenix, Denver, or Dallas and does not offer employment visa sponsorship or STEM OPT. The base salary is $86,250 to $172,500, with incentive eligibility.
