Description
The company is hiring an Infrastructure Engineer to consolidate two existing Cisco-focused network positions into a single role covering network and telephony support. The position owns Cisco infrastructure patching, incident and change management, AGCS coordination, AZL reporting, legacy call recording platforms, and the transition from Cisco to Content Guru, while supporting the DC Exit project through close and progressively right-sizing Cisco support. The role requires 7+ years of network and telephony infrastructure engineering experience, ITIL-aligned incident and change management experience, fluent English, and international collaboration; it is a 100% remote PJ contract.
