Description
The Infrastructure Engineering Analyst, also described as a Data Center Technician/Data Center Engineer, supports the continuous operation and performance of client data centers. Responsibilities include racking and installing network, server, storage, and telecommunications equipment; troubleshooting and repairing physical infrastructure; managing change control, problem tickets, repairs, and vendor activities; providing tier II and third-level hardware support; coordinating cabling contractors; and participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation. The role requires at least three years of relevant infrastructure or data center experience, knowledge of network and SAN technologies, and familiarity with data center cabling and basic Microsoft applications.
