Description

Jack Henry is hiring a full-time Infrastructure Engineering Manager to support Infrastructure Core Services teams and product engineering teams in developing, aligning, and delivering secure cloud infrastructure for financial services. The role focuses on team health, technical leadership, communication, decision-making, and enabling engineers to own problems. It is a hybrid position for candidates living within approximately 70 miles of Overland Park, Kansas; Springfield, Missouri; or Monett, Missouri, and is ineligible for immigration sponsorship. The salary range is $180,000-$215,000.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 5 years of development or infrastructure experience as an individual contributor, advanced to a high-functioning Senior or Staff engineer.
At least 4 years managing a team or multiple teams in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
At least 4 years leveraging an agile framework such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
Experience within a cloud infrastructure environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to manage interruptions while protecting focus time.
