MongoDB is hiring an Infrastructure Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a team of platform engineers responsible for designing, operating, and improving MongoDB’s self-service internal developer platform. The role involves defining platform projects, coordinating implementation, reviewing automation and configuration code, owning production platform services, and working with engineering teams across multiple time zones. The position is based in Gurugram with a hybrid work model and requires at least two years of team-management experience, five or more years of large software or infrastructure project experience, strong backend and distributed-systems expertise, and extensive production Kubernetes and observability experience.
