SolarWinds is hiring an Infrastructure Engineering Manager to lead a team responsible for building, operating, and evolving the infrastructure platform supporting a SaaS product. The hands-on frontline manager will oversee engineers working on cloud infrastructure, platform automation, infrastructure as code, operational readiness, reliability, observability, incident response, and service ownership. The role requires strong technical and people-management experience, including leading infrastructure teams, operating production workloads in AWS and datacenters, using GitOps and automation, and supporting on-call and incident management.
