The employer is hiring an Estimator for its infrastructure department to independently prepare quotations, calculate costs, request subcontractor and supplier quotations, analyze tender documents, and prepare project budgets. The role requires a master's degree in civil engineering or equivalent experience, Dutch language skills, and familiarity with estimating programs and software.
