Civica is hiring an Infrastructure Manager to lead a geographically distributed team across the UK, India, and APAC. The role manages infrastructure operations, projects, incidents, escalations, service reliability, security, governance, cloud transformation, data centre exit, M&A integration, automation, FinOps, and capacity management across Azure and hybrid environments. The manager will also develop team performance, capability, and workforce planning while collaborating with security, architecture, IAM, network services, helpdesk, and business stakeholders.
