MUFG is hiring an Infrastructure Manager to lead infrastructure operations, security initiatives, and technology modernization in a complex banking environment. The role covers servers, storage, virtualization, databases, middleware, and operating systems; vulnerability management; compliance and audit remediation; upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management; regional technology alignment; and infrastructure roadmaps. Candidates need at least five years of infrastructure management experience, strong knowledge of relevant technologies and governance, leadership and stakeholder-management experience, and advanced English communication skills. Banking industry experience and relevant certifications are preferred.
