Datacom is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Modernisation Consultant to join their Professional Services team. The consultant will focus on delivering IT infrastructure-based projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope. Responsibilities include serving as a technical point of contact, providing pre-sales support, and collaborating with various internal teams. The role requires extensive experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing IT infrastructure, particularly with Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory, VMware Cloud Foundation, and virtualization technologies.

Additional Information

Experience with design, implementation and optimization of Windows Server and Active Directory, VMware Cloud Foundation 9.0, and Virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V, AHV).
VCF 9.0 Certification
Preferred Qualifications: Curiosity and passion for customers, along with the ability to effectively communicate solutions to all levels of customers.
Comfortable in engaging both technical and non-technical staff and stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desire to demonstrate design, implementation, and optimization experience in areas such as backup and recovery (Commvault, Veeam) or hyper-converged technologies (Nutanix, Dell, Cisco).
