ValidaTek is hiring an Infrastructure Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day support of an enterprise-wide IT infrastructure program. The role oversees networking, help desk, and monitoring support for client networks and infrastructure, including infrastructure integrity and security, while responding to, documenting, tracking, resolving, and managing customer issues, questions, and requests. The position requires extensive experience managing cryptographic facilities and Network Operations Centers, technical control facility operations, IT service management, incident and service request handling, and supervision of technical control employees, along with RCDD certification, TS clearance, SCI eligibility, and a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field.
