Description
Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring an Infrastructure Operations Technician for a hybrid role requiring an average of two days per week at an HPE office. The position supports compute, storage, virtualization, and network infrastructure; troubleshoots and escalates incidents; installs and maintains data center and lab infrastructure; executes operational and automation workflows; and collaborates with engineering, security, networking, and application teams. The role operates on a Saturday–Monday fifth shift from 10:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience plus at least two years of relevant infrastructure or IT experience.
