Description
Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring an Infrastructure Operations Technician for a hybrid role requiring an average of two days per week at an HPE office. The position operates on a Friday–Sunday 10:30 p.m.–10:30 a.m. fourth shift and is responsible for monitoring and maintaining compute, storage, virtualization, and network infrastructure; troubleshooting and escalating incidents; deploying data center and lab infrastructure; executing operational and automation workflows; and collaborating with engineering, security, networking, and application teams. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience and at least two years of infrastructure operations, systems administration, technical support, or related IT experience are required.
