AECOM is hiring an Infrastructure Project Manager to manage water and wastewater treatment plant upgrades and associated infrastructure from planning and design through procurement, construction, and commissioning. The role oversees project financial performance, schedule, staffing, execution, contract closeout, subcontractor guidance, company policies, business development, and team development. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, or environmental engineering plus six years of related experience, along with knowledge of water and wastewater systems and client/consultant relations. A master’s degree, professional engineer registration, large-scale project experience, and strong client communication are preferred. The position is based in Virginia Beach, Virginia, with no US employment authorization sponsorship or relocation available.
