SHANDONG HI SPEED GROUP is hiring a full-time Infrastructure Project Manager to lead advanced infrastructure projects nationwide and in the field. The role covers projects from planning and setup through delivery, including management of budgets, schedules, resources, subcontractors, authorities, government offices, planners, clients, and engineering and technical teams. The manager is accountable for safety, quality, and profitability targets and must have a civil engineering bachelor's degree, 5–7 years of infrastructure project management experience, large-budget and complex-interface experience, strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, diverse-team leadership ability, nationwide mobility, and high-level English.
