Description

The Infrastructure Software Engineer will build and evolve deployment and observability infrastructure across AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, and on-premises environments. The role focuses on secure, reproducible deployments, incident response, root-cause analysis, tooling, architecture reviews, and product-roadmap development for internal and customer-managed environments. The position requires strong infrastructure, networking, IaC, containerization, orchestration, CI/CD, GitOps, debugging, and production-system experience.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of experience building and deploying enterprise and public sector solutions across AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, and on-premises
Deep expertise in infrastructure design, networking, VPNs, load balancers, and firewalls
Deep proficiency with infrastructure as code, containerization, and orchestration tools including Kubernetes, Terraform, and Docker
Comprehensive understanding of CI/CD pipelines and software delivery principles using GitHub Actions or CircleCI
Experience with GitOps-style deployments and consistent, repeatable deployments
Strong debugging skills and the ability to navigate performance and security tradeoffs in production systems
Ability to work with ambiguity and switch between reactive incident work and proactive product development
Preferred Qualifications: Experience as a founder or early engineer at an infrastructure-focused startup, owning a product end-to-end
Experience running secure workloads in multi-tenant or untrusted environments
Open-source contributions to systems or developer-tools projects
History of on-call and incident response for production systems
