Mercor is hiring an Infrastructure Engineer to build and scale the software platforms, services, tooling, and infrastructure that support its rapidly growing engineering organization. The role focuses on multi-tenant services, reliability, observability, CI/CD, Kubernetes, databases, cloud infrastructure, cost attribution, and developer productivity. It is a software engineering position requiring strong systems, reliability, and backend engineering fundamentals, with Python or Go, AWS, Terraform, and container knowledge; Kubernetes experience is a plus. The role is in-person five days per week in San Francisco, New York City, or London, with health, dental, and vision insurance.
