NVIDIA is hiring an Infrastructure Solutions Architect to serve as the senior technical point of contact for OEM Federal deployments of GPU-accelerated platforms. The role owns customer issues from diagnosis through resolution, handles failure analysis and RMA procedures, navigates FedRAMP, IL5/IL6, and air-gapped environments, and partners with OEM support teams to reduce blocking issues and build Federal knowledge. Candidates need a relevant BS or MS degree, at least five years of multi-GPU platform engineering experience including three years in customer-facing support, field engineering, or blocking-issue work, strong system software and data center infrastructure expertise, and a U.S. Government TS/SCI clearance. The role requires up to 35% travel and offers a base salary of 152,000–241,500 USD for Level 3 and 184,000–287,500 USD for Level 4, with equity and benefits.
