Description
The Infrastructure Solutions Architect will lead the technical design, implementation, governance, and modernization of a Fiscal Agent Services module within the Medicaid Enterprise System. The role coordinates with business stakeholders, vendors, program leadership, and technical teams; evaluates integrations across eligibility, enrollment, provider services, pharmacy, and data warehousing; defines APIs, data exchange standards, security models, and cloud strategies; produces architectural artifacts; and guides project teams through the solution lifecycle. The position requires proficiency in architectural modeling, data management, and security, along with 10 years of experience collaborating with vendors and system integrators and 10 years of cloud platform experience.
