SSVA is hiring an Infrastructure Specialist to deploy, manage, automate, and troubleshoot network, cloud, and server infrastructure for small and mid-sized business clients. The role focuses on Cisco Meraki environments, Microsoft Azure, monitoring, alerting, and infrastructure automation with PowerShell and Python, and serves as a technical escalation point for complex issues. It is based in the Charlotte, North Carolina area and is fully remote with occasional travel to client sites. The position requires at least five years of small- and mid-sized-business services experience, five years of networking experience including Meraki support, three years of Azure support, three years of automation experience, and three years of alert and alarm handling experience. Compensation starts at $76,000 plus bonus.
