CodeMettle is hiring an entry-level, full-time Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide first-line technical support for internal DevOps infrastructure, troubleshoot and escalate issues, maintain documentation, and help operate infrastructure, applications, and tooling. The role includes managing user access, monitoring systems, supporting CI/CD pipelines, automating repetitive tasks, maintaining hardware and lab equipment, and collaborating with engineering, security, and operations teams. It is an Atlanta-based hybrid position requiring at least three days per week in the office, with a salary of $60,000–$70,000 DOE and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
