The Infrastructure Support Engineer provides Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to users in the SGS Argentina group, resolves incidents, installs and repairs hardware and software, administers servers, Active Directory, networks, security, email, desktops, licenses, warranties, mobile telephony, and IT inventories, and coordinates with external support providers. The role requires a technical degree in computer systems or a related field, one year of infrastructure support experience, intermediate-to-advanced English, and knowledge of Windows, server administration, networking, virtualization, IT security, and related technologies. It is a hybrid position with a Monday-to-Friday schedule, Saturday on-call duty, travel to branches, and prepaid health coverage for the candidate and immediate family.
