Description
The Infrastructure Support Engineer provides hands-on operational support for Tepper Sports & Entertainment’s Cisco network, systems, cloud, backup, and related infrastructure environments. The role troubleshoots and maintains enterprise, stadium, and event-critical systems; supports Cisco ISE, ThousandEyes, Cisco Spaces, Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Windows Server, and backup recovery; collaborates with systems, network, cybersecurity, and helpdesk teams; and supports infrastructure upgrades, documentation, and event-driven after-hours support. The position is full-time and exempt, requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus 5+ years of systems administration experience, and involves office, stadium, and satellite-property work, including nights, weekends, holidays, and possible travel.
