Description
OLIX is hiring one Infrastructure Support Engineer for a six-month contract to provide first-line support for its production infrastructure. The role owns the support queue, resolves access, permissions, capacity, licence, host, DNS, runner, and repository requests, applies changes through Terraform and Ansible, builds self-service automation, maintains runbooks, monitors capacity and licence expiry, and escalates issues as needed. The position is based in London with working overlap for Austin and India, starts ASAP, and requires at least five years of Linux administration experience plus AWS, Terraform, Ansible, GitHub, and ticket-queue experience.
