Description
D-ploy is hiring a contractor for approximately 20 hours per week to support and manage local IT services at a site. The role covers service delivery, IT risk management, local project coordination, second-line support, application enhancements, security and compliance remediation, resource oversight, stakeholder management, budget alignment, and participation in global IT initiatives. Candidates need strong IT knowledge, experience with service desks and second-line support, business development awareness, customer focus, communication and negotiation skills, English fluency, and willingness to travel.
